Custom and decorative gift boxes

Our company manufactures high quality premium solid cardboard boxes (rigid boxes) automatically. Range of solid cardboard from 0,8 to 3 mm thickness. To produce rigid boxes, we use grey-grey, grey-white, grey-black cardboard as well as colored black cardboard in bulk manufactured by certified EU suppliers.

We use cover wrap weights from 100 – 200gsm. Furthermore, special cover wrap materials such as uncoated paper, linen, vinyl or colored paper are often produced by us.

Cover wrap finishings that we can offer are: matt, gloss, anti-scratch, soft touch, structural foils, UV varnishes (selective and 3 D), silk-screen printing, dry embossing / debossing and hot stamping.

Our company can produce boxes with sharp edges. The box (cardboard part) is closed with hot glue and not with ribbons – therefore they are not visible and the product looks very luxurious.

Moreover, we have a machine park which allows us to laminate the cardboard with any printed and refined cover wrap.

Our services are in compliance with ISO standard (ECI, Fogra. ISO 12647-2:2013) and ISO 9001:2015.

Manufactured runs from 1000 to 1 million units.
